About the Seminar

Are you happy and satisfied in your life? On a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 at the bottom, where would you fall at in your life today? If you said 7 or below, this seminar is for you. As a Certified Positive Psychology Coach, trainer and author, Randall Birnberg has been practicing and teaching self-management techniques for almost three decades. After finishing his B.A. and M.A. in Organizational Communication and Psychology, respectively, he moved to Europe to begin his doctorate with the world renown E.H.E.R.O. Institute at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. His current field of research is “life satisfaction of US citizens living in Germany”. Positive Psychology and it’s connection to self-management can be described as an evidence based science studying what constitutes excellence in individuals, communities and workplaces. This cutting edge science includes positive emotions as well as finding one’s purpose. In this seminar, we will define a true positive relationship and the impact of optimism and hope. Additionally, this interactive seminar will incorporate the study of self-appreciation, resilience, life satisfaction, self-perception, self-confidence, strengths and well being. This seminar provides participants with hands on techniques and concludes with practical ‘takeaways’ that are guaranteed to start you on your way to a healthy mind and body.
